There is one machine that can grind that stump on a steep hillside. I own a Stiener 430 max with the stump grinding attachment. I have ground stumps on slopes that are hard to stand on. I would have to check the specs. but I believe the Steiner is rated for slopes up to 35 degrees. The machine is 4x4 and articulates in the middle for steering.
